"My family been customers of state farm for 20 plus years and after having full coverage insurance on my vehicle I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist which should have been covered under my plan yet I have paid almost a 1000 dollars out of pocket for a rental and am being ripped off by this company almost 5000 dollars...I have been dealing with this since July 3rd 2024 and today is Aug 26th and just to be able to keep my job I have to accept half of what my vehicle is worth just so I can go find another vehicle ....I highly recommend anyone that is thinking of getting state farm please keep searching...I'd give them a zero star rating for the way I've been treated after 20 plus years but it won't let me...extremely dissatisfied with this company and it's customer service"

"I had State Farm Ins with Garland Hall in Coeburn, Va when I lived in Norton, Va and they were good. I moved back to NC and had State Farm for 1month with agent in Hickory,NC I slid on ice car went off hwy & down little embankment. State Farm totaled my car, put 3 points on my insurance which trippled my insurance so I went with another company. I did away with State Farm & got another company. March 9, 2021 State Farm in Coeburn, Va stole $145.18 from my bank account. I have been this long today is July 12, 2021 trying to get my money back. If you go with this company do NOT let them have your bank account information. When I had my accident on December 27,2020 I still had State Farm Insurance with Garland Hall."
